When will I receive my order?

Processing orders takes about 1-2 weeks, but we work to get orders out ASAP. Once your order is shipped out, you will be notified and provided with your tracking number!

Standard domestic orders take about 3-5 business days to get delivered and standard international orders take about 7-21 business days. Please be aware that some international orders are delayed due to COVID.

How do I properly care for my jewelry?

Try to keep your jewelry away from moisture. Always remove before showering, swimming, and working out.

Remove jewelry before using any perfumes and lotions. Store in a cool, dry place or in a jewelry box/bag.

Metals may tarnish over time due to oxidation and natural body oils. Tarnish cloths are an affordable investment that'll help the longevity of your jewelry!

Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! All of our jewelry is made with nickel free materials :) The base for most of our metals is brass and copper unless stated otherwise, please be sure to check the description of each item for what metal is used.

What is your return policy?

We are not accepting any returns or refunds, but we will provide exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Customers are expected to cover shipping expenses for exchanges. 

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items after USPS states the order has been "delivered".

Please reach out to us if your item(s) arrive damaged or if they break within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll do our best to send you a replacement. Pictures for proof are required and can be emailed to lilthingsshop@gmail.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Shipping costs are calculated at check out.

Can I request a custom order?

Definitely! Feel free to contact us via email or Instagram for custom orders <3

Do you provide delivery or pickup for local customers?

We are not providing any deliveries or pickups for local customers, all orders must be shipped.
