Refund policy

We are not accepting any returns or refunds, but we will provide exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Customers are expected to cover shipping expenses for exchanges. 

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items after USPS states the order has been "delivered".

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your items break within 14 days of receiving your order, we'll send you a replacement. Pictures for proof are required and can be emailed to lilthingsshop@gmail.com.
